Alright, I never write reviews because it takes too much time but I had to speak up here. I see alot of people complaining about the taste. All I have to say is man up. The taste is not great, but what are we comparing it to? I’ve gotten used to it. Here’s a comparison for those looking to buy this product: the first time I had beer, I hated it and never wanted to drink it again. Today, I like and drink beer. Same thing with this product.

Now, taste doesn’t matter to me as much as whether or not the product works. I have had a hell of a time gaining mass and strength. At 140 with my skinny body, it’s almost impossible. I tried this product for a full month and I’ve noticed that it has helped me tremendously with strength (NOT MASS). I have not really noticed any bulk but I am taken aback by how much more I can lift. I have 1 scoop in the morning and 1 at night. For example, when I started, I was benching 135. Lifting more was hard cause my frame can’t support the weight. A month later, I’ve moved up to 155 and I’m very happy (granted it’s only 6 reps, 3 set). Unfortunately, I don’t look any bulkier so I’d recommend this if you were looking to lift more.

Lastly, I love this product because I have NO STOMACH PROBLEMS. I tried muscle milk, whey isolate, whey concentrate, you name it….all messed up my stomach. This product causes no bloating, stomach cramps, or anything like that.
